Account Manager

Location: Warszawa
The challenges waiting for you:
  • Keeping and growing existing clients
  • Verification of customers’ needs in terms of new opportunities
  • Creating offers and sales presentations
  • Negotiating terms and conditions of cooperation
  • Building and maintaining long-term, professional relations with customers
  • Responsibility for achieving sales KPI’s 
  • Cooperation with other Sii departments (Recruitment and HR, Administration, Marketing)
Required skills:
  • University degree
  • Fluent English is a must, other languages will be a plus
  • Min. 1 year of experience in B2B sales or 360 recruitment experience
  • Self-motivated, excellent sales skills and determination to achieve goals
  • Dynamic, ambitious with positive attitude and passion!
  • Very good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in customer relations management and good negotiation skills
  • Experience in IT sector will be a plus
