Currently for our client, one of the biggest international companies in Cracow, we are looking for individuals who want to work with French language.
What you will be doing at this position?
First of all you will be able to use your French and English by contacting foreign customers and providing them with crucial information. That’s right, customers won’t be able to contact you like in a call center. Moreover, you will have a lot of administrative duties like checking correctness of international documents and resolving issues. That is why it is important that you have strong analytical skills and show problem-solving attitude. You don’t need experience but any kind of customer service related experience will be an asset.
