As a Java Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a small team and building high quality software in accordance with project priorities. The main duty in our team is to think, then to translate the created ideas into working, efficient functionalities developed in Java.
Wymagania
Required skills:
- 3+ years of Java development
- Experience in team leading & mentoring
- Deep Java & OOP knowledge
- Experience in Spring framework
- Experience in MySQL & ORM frameworks (Hibernate, MyBatis)
- Good understanding of Agile & TDD methodologies
- Fluent spoken and written English
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in Maven & Continuous Integration
- Good knowledge of Java 8
- Knowledge of C++ / Go is a great asset
- Experience in Refactoring and Design Patterns
- Understanding of REST services
