Java Developer
Location: WrocławJob Description
As a Falcon developer your will be working on the one of the most strategic monitoring solutions for IBM (official offering for BlueZone Applications). You will work closely with Project Management Team to introduce new service functionalities that were agreed with Product Owner. What is more, you will take part in new Transitions where probes are to be developed for newly onboarded applications. Falcon Developers are also working closely with E2E Probe Support Team to resolve probe related incidents and problems. Other responsibilities will include:
- Full Stack Development
- Falcon monitoring solution design and development
- Probe development using various number of tools such as JMeter
- Incidents RCA and resolution
- Full E2E testing of the developed components
Requirements:
- Strong software development background especially in Java (JEE) and JavaScript ( Angular).
- REST
- Strong in HTML5 and CSS3
- SQL (especially DB2) • Design patterns
- Performance tuning
- Monitoring tools such as JMeter, Selenium
- Good communication skills.
- Incident, Problem & Change process and tools
- Nice to have python, bash
- Good understanding of network protocols: HTTP, FTP
- Good work planning and estimation
