Your new company
For our Client, a newly created business centre located in Katowice, due to further development of IT structures we are looking for IT Test Managers (QA).
Your new role
Working on this position you will: review and analyse system specifications, create user stories and test cases based on specifications. Moreover, you will execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyse results. As a Test Manager you will collaborate with QA Test-coordinators to develop effective strategies and test plans, evaluate product code according to specifications and create logs to document testing phases and defects. Additionally, Test Manager will report bugs and errors to the development teams, conduct release and User Acceptance testing and work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
What you'll need to succeed
An ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of professional work experience in QA/testing area, Agile frameworks and regression testing knowledge and university degree in computer science/engineering or related field. Moreover, we are looking for candidates withexperience in project management and QA methodology and ability to document and troubleshoot errors. In order to be relevant candidate you need to have strong organisational skills, analytical mind and problem-solving attitude. Due to work in international environment, we are searching for candidates with very good English knowledge. Knowledge of German will be an additional asset, but is not mandatory.
