Your new role
As Technical Support Specialist you will be responsible for:
• Handling standard and non-standard requests
• Analyzing and remotely resolve simple and complex incidents
• Identifying, diagnosing and resolving problems together with other support teams
• Participating in projects
• Following the implemented processes (ITIL)
• Contributing to continuous improvement of our daily work
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful candidate you need to have at least 2 years of experienceas IT technician within client environment andmin. 1,5 year of recent experience in SCCM and in Active Directory. Moreover, you need to havegood understanding of Network and Application environments,very good English and German skills and also very high degree of customer orientation and cooperation as well as very good communication skills.
