Your tasks and responsibilities:
As an IT supporter you hold several roles:
as a system administrator you install and set up hardware and phones and you provide computer capacity, access codes and rights to the users of the network
as a helpdesk officer you solve IT issues and identify recurrent or complex problems that need to be solved on another level
as a business interface you identify the requirements for hardware and software, train new users or employees in the optimal use of our IT infrastructure
Your profile:
Very good knowledge of English and communication skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Team Player, but also able to work independently
At least 2 year of experience in support of enterprise class organization is a must have
Good IT problem solving skills and knowledge of troubleshooting tools
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows client operating system
General understanding of IT networking and Microsoft Windows servers (File and Print services)
Basic understanding of Active Directory services, object management and maintenance
Good knowledge of Microsoft office SharePoint from an end user perspective will be beneficial
