2nd line support with German

For our client, widely recognized international consulting company, we are currently seeking candidates for a position of Level 2 Support Specialist with German.

As a Level 2 Support Specialist with German you will provide second level technical support to internal users from EMEA countries. You will be responsible for monitoring and management of incidents allocated to team via the call management tool, and escalating problems as required. Moreover, you will liaise with IT Services staff to ensure the most effective solutions for 1st level service desk requests. In addition you will undertake impact analysis of projects or changes to policy and procedures that may have interdependencies with other tasks or resource of the team.

To be successful at this position you need 1-2 years of experience of working in IT environment. We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable about system monitoring tools and incidents management tools, as well as about Widows XP, Active Directory and Remote Access. You should understand Service Level Agreements and analytical troubleshooting. You need also to speak English at least at upper-intermediate level. Fluency in written and spoken German is a must at this position.
