For our Client, Brazilian IT outsourcing company, we are currently looking for IT Helpdesk with Czech or Frenchto support one of their Clients.
While working at this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshootingto the users. You will be responsible for hardware and software applications, mobile devices etc. Every your activity must be tracked in the system as you will be also responsible for follow-up on requests.
We are looking for Candidates with fluency in Czech/ French, English and preferably Polish language.Experience at similar role is nice to have, but not required- we have open both junior and specialists vacancies.
High school/college/university diploma from a technical area or equivalent experience – niceto have.
Technical skills – nice to have: Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, Internet browsers, communication protocols, computer hardware, Active Directory, etc.
Please be informed that willingness to participate in shift work system is a must.
