For our Client, international company located in Gliwice, we are currently looking for a person interested in the role of IT Support Specialist (2nd line).
Your new role
Holding this position you will be responsible for cooperation with first line of support (servicedesk) and third line of support. You will handle standard and non-standard requests as well as analyse and remotely resolve simple and complex incidents. Your duties will also include identification, diagnose and resolving problems together with other support teams
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful Candidate on this role you need to possess basic understanding of network, workstation, servers and application environments. Knowledge of MySQL, Windows Server and Microsoft Sharepoint is required. You must display very good English skills, both written and spoken. ITIL v3 certification and good German skills would be an advantage. You must be ready to shift work
