Global, worldwide company currently is looking for passionate IT Support Coordinator who will be a member of a self-managed team for the EMEA region.
Your new role
As a IT Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support to end users on a variety of issues and you will also install, configure, maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, repair computer systems, hardware, operating systems, applications and computer peripherals. Holding this position you will have to be ready for taking business trips. Travel may occur domestically and internationally as required approx. 25% to 50%.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have minimum 4 years of experience in similar position. Moreover knowledge of MS Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Lotus Notes, Internet, VPN, PC support are also needed. As Senior IT Support Coordinator you should be familiar with network. Fluent English and good communication, interpersonal, team, and problem solving skills are also required.
