For our Client, an international company located in Kraków, we are looking for IT Support Analyst.
Your new role
Within this position you will be responsible for providing application users with IT support. You will work closely with other IT team members and a project team to identify underlying problems related to Salesforce platform. Your main duties will include the analysis of technical problems, i.e. root cause analysis together with system configuration and removing errors. You will be taking part in distinct technological trainings and workshops.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for IT students, graduates or candidates with at least one year experience in IT sector. Fluency in English (min B2/C1 level) is a must.An ideal Candidate has to have strong analytical skills, the ability to form SQL queries and handle databases. Basic knowledge related to the functioning and configuration of operational systems is also required. The position involves shift work with the possibility to work part time.
