For one of our clients – the leader in the logistic field - which is currently opening a branch in Poland, we are looking for candidates for the position of: IT Support Admin
Responsibilities
• Provide 1st level IT support Help Desk for Finance Hub employees
• Provides deployment and maintains all mobile, LAN and IT devices incl. smartphones, laptops, working stations, printers and copy machines, phone system (onboarding process, vendor management) • Ensure daily accessibility of systems, including all local systems
• Coordinate with global IT organization on changes in infrastructure, policies, authorization
• Support IT continuous improvement (costs and service levels)
• Escalation point for incidents reported to the global Help Desk or Global IT
Experience
• Min. 2-3 years documented experience in the area of technical support for end users
• Fluent English and Polish • Good knowledge about administration of Active Directory and network aspects
• Support experience with SAP ERP and Microsoft Office
• Excellent understanding IT landscape and Finance related systems
• Ability to prioritize and schedule workload in a high pressure environment
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation; effective communication with employees during 1st level support and IT onboarding situations
• Positive attitude & initiative; excellent organization skills
• Experience in a (Finance) Shared Services environment is a plus
