IT Specialist

Responsibilities:
- handle standard and non-standard requests
- cooperation with first line of support(Servicedesk) and third line of support
- analyse and remotely resolve simple and complex incidents
- identify, diagnose and resolve problems together with other support teams
- participate in projects
- follow the implemented processes (ITIL)
- contribute to continuous improvement of daily work
- university degree (preferably in IT area)
- very good English skills, both written and spoken
- basic understanding of network, servers and application environments
- pro-active behavior, take initiatives to improve daily work
- willingness to travel internationally
Nice to have:
- ITIL v3 Foundation certified is a plus
