For our Client, an international Scandinavian company located in Gliwice, we are currently looking for a person interested in the role of IT Specialist.
Your new role
Holding this position you will handle standard and non-standard requests, analyse and remotely resolve simple and complex incidents, and also identify, diagnose and resolve problems together with other support teams. You will also follow the implemented processes (ITIL) and contribute to continuous improvement of our daily work.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful Candidate on this role you need to possess thorough understanding of client related issues and ability to troubleshoot issues together with client development, network, data centre or application teams. You also need to hold a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience as IT technician within client environment as well as minimal 1,5 years recent experience in SCCM and in Active Directory. Microsoft Windows Desktop Support (MS 70-680 and MS 70-685) certification will be required. You will also be expected to have good understanding of Network and Application environments, and very high degree of customer orientation and cooperation as well as very good communication skills. Very good German and English skills are a must.ITIL v3 Foundation certified will be a plus.
