IT Solution Architect (CRM, BI)

Key functions:
- Designing and delivering new technology solutions for the pharmaceutical industry
- Delivering new functionalities of CRM, BI and database solutions, conducting integration with external systems
- Coordinating project teams including offering, development and production
- Driving product design, development and implementation
- Effective coordination of interdisciplinary project teams
- Gathering and analyzing customer needs
- Presenting new products, features and modules to internal teams
- Pre-sales support for external customers
Requirements:
- Min 2-3 years of experience in designing CRM and BI solutions
- Experience with development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum)
- Strong knowledge of CRM solutions i.e. Sales Force Platform
- Strong Knowledge of BI solutions (virtualization, dashboards, reports) i.e. Power BI, MicroStrategy, Cognos
- Good SQL knowledge
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
- Very good English
- Experience in working with external clients
- MSc degree or equivalent degree (ideally in Computer Science, Electronics or related technical area)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project timetables
- Very good communication and leadership skills
