IT Service Manager
Location: Wroclaw– Responsible for delivery of change in Service Management space (demand, request, capacity)
– Support the design and evolution of our landscape to ensure that data structures and tooling supports services-based delivery
– Conducting workshops/ calls with stakeholders to present new solutions/tools implemented
– Interpret requirements to design & implement Service Management capabilities and processes in a pragmatic and efficient way using both theoretical training and practical experience
– Creation and agreement on SLAs/KPIs, reflecting the concept in reporting (tableau)
– Project delivery (implementation of new tools and processes)
