IT Service Desk Specialist with Spanish
Place of work: WarszawaGoal: to provide support and technical advice to Stanley Black&Decker end users globally. We help our colleagues from abroad deal with everyday IT problems.
Our Spanish Helpdesk team works in a 2 shift system (6-14, 10-18).
Internal job title is IT Operations Associate or IT Operations Analyst depending on the candidate's experience.
Responsibilities:
- Remote technical support of internal end-users (according to procedures)
- Contact by phone in Spanish and English
- Work in a call center environment, in a shift-system
Requirements:
- Experience in an IT Helpdesk environment
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Experience with administering Windows (7/10) and MS Office
- Practical knowledge of Active Directory, MS Exchange, (knowledge of SCCM is a plus)
- Knowledge of LAN / WAN Technologies, experience with TCP / IP
- Willingness to learn new technologies
