IT reporting analyst

Location: Kraków
• Designing and providing best in class operational reports and analytics for the company’s customers,
• Creating reports in MS Excel and PowerPoint based on available data,
• Improving the quality of provided data cooperating with IT department,
• Reviewing and analyzing the effectiveness and efficiency of existing report procedures and systems,
• Developing strategies for enhancing the processes and systems,
• Assisting in automating and improvements implementation,
• Interacting with teams to meet customer’s expectations,
Requirements:• University degree,
• Experience in similar role will be an asset,
• Fluent English is a must,
• Very good in MS Excel and PowerPoint (VlookUps, Pivots, formulas, functions etc.) is required,
• VBA knowledge will be an advantage,
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Strong attention to details,
• Working effectively under pressure
• Working successfully independently and a team member,
• ITIL v3 Foundation will be an advantage.
