• Manage the timely delivery of IT-initiated and sponsored projects.
• Manage the plans, quality and reporting for assigned projects.
• Efficient problem resolution and maximization of system availability, proactively manage the Local Infrastructure.
• To support day to day running of Technical Operations including accountability for supporting activities.
• To provide user level system support to the business area and work towards customer delight.
• Be proactive in identifying opportunities to improve customer service.
• Effectively work with the team members during projects implementation process and build a good rapport within the team.
• Strictly adhere to the set procedures and follow the guidelines.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in IT Desktop/VDI support and troubleshooting (Windows 7/10) in AD domain environment
• Experience in server configuration and Operating Systems preferably in enterprise env., including VMware ESXi, SCCM, Windows 2012
• Broad understanding of CSS scoped IT hardware, software, operations and networks.
• Good knowledge of the project lifecycle, tools and structured project methodologies
• Fluency in English (verbal and written)
• Microsoft Excel knowledge is a must (vlookup, pivots)
• Ability to learn quickly and transfer knowledge appropriately
• Ability to build rapport with a wide range of people and
• Ability to single handled multi-task and to maintain focus in completing major activities within timescales.
• ITIL course is an advantage
