Job tasks/responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate project related activities, transition processes and systems in order to establish and deploy the service, providing clear plans and managing respective resources, interdependencies and risks
Evaluate opportunities and provide costing of the service
Manage day to day transition project communication and produce relevant reports
Adhere to relevant escalation processes with regards to resource and deadlines
Manage the expenditure within the service transition, ensuring all costs are recorded against products and services delivered
Define and follow up on corrective actions
Design and customize solutions for our customers in the domain of application availability and performance monitoring and reporting and IT Service Management and drive their implementation
Drive end to end the deployment of solutions for customers
Lead all type of internal projects
Monitoring and reporting on service performance
Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery
Use improvement methodologies, lead, participate and support quality improvement initiatives.
Experience /Knowledge:
Excellent Project Management skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience with IT projects
Fluent in English language
ITIL or Project Management certifications will be considered as an advantage
Experience in Software Development will be a plus
