IT Project Manager
Miejsce pracy: Łódź
The IT project manager is part of the Project Managemant Organization. The role manages new IT business projects are executed to agreed schedules, costs and business benefits. Developing project policies based on global standards.
In this role you will:
- Be involved in formulating the overall project assignment, having the assignment and plan approved by management, in consultation with the relevant functions and other stakeholders
- Ensure the requirements and business case are defined, completed and approved in line with the overall End-2-End
- Choose the way of working and select the adequate tools
- Define the risks of the project, e.g. specifications, costs, planning
- Give coworkers operational guidance,technically and organizationally
- Be responsible for implementation and realization according to the project plan (specification, quality, time, money, information)
- Deploy process improvements and make the project organization efficient and transparent, in line with departmental and project processes.
- Manage internal stakeholders to assure project success.
- Ensure that there is an effective transfer and archiving of the project results
We are looking for:
- Native or fluent in English
- Academic (working) degree in IT, Economics, or Engineering is prefered
- 3+ years of experience in multinational company
- Experience with leading global IT projects
- Multi-year experience in managing projects in a complex environment
- Ability to liaise in and through many layers in the own organization as well as to other areas
- Strong analytical skills
- Solid communication skills and ability to build network within the organization
- Ability to engage people, including top management
