We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
IT Project Manager
Location: Kraków
The primary purpose of this Project Management role will be to deliver Branch, Contact Centre &/or Self Service projects (covering business initiated, scheme updates & regulatory changes)
Key Accountabilities:
Interfacing with key regional/global stakeholders, building stakeholder buy-in around the project plan, commitments and changes
Support Technology teams to manage delivery proactively, balancing scope, schedule, resourcing, dependencies, communications & budget
Work with the Technology team and Product Owner to drive improvements in productivity through backlog management, maturity in the use of Agile methodologies & corresponding management of dependencies
Provide management to maintain a focus on how the project aligns to wider programme objectives, where appropriate, and to the change portfolio across company
Manage, monitor and report progress, issues, dependencies, risks to the programme management, internal stakeholders and/or steering committees. Make recommendations to influence decision-making in order to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realisation
Establish effective governance, controls and coordination of cross technology teams. Work with all Business Managers, Finance Managers, PPM team, Procurement team, Group IT Cost Management team and IT Heads to ensure a consistent and effective approach to managing the following
Requirements:
IT Project Management experience
Awareness of Staff Facing Systems which cover Branch, Contact Centre & Self Service (ATM/POS)
Past working experience in Staff Facing Systems which covers Branch, Contact Centre & Self Service (ATM/POS) is desirable but not essential
Gaining an understanding of customer's needs & delivering excellent customer service
A flexible & adaptable approach to change & will support others to respond in a similar way
Making prompt & practical business decisions, even in times of ambiguity, considering various perspectives & taking responsibility for outcomes
