For our Client - International Company that represents finance industry and has well-developed IT Center in Kraków, we are looking for IT Project Manager.
Your new role
You will be responsible for one large project or a couple of small projects, all related to new systems preparation and implementation. This position requires management of whole project life cycle from initiation to post implementation review. You will identify project deliverables and of course, showing proactive attitude, analyse risk related to project and mitigate possible issues. As a Project Manager you will also prepare progress reports and present them to internal teams or other stakeholders, you will be responsible for cost management, making sure that resources like DBA’s or Infrastructure are fully engaged, supervise test releases, technical documentation as well as SLA’s.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an individual with innovative mindset that gained experience in dynamic, highly demanding environment. This role is prepared for a person who has been working as a Business Analyst or Project Manager before and has very good knowledge of project management fundamentals. What we are also focusing on is experience in Agile environment, experience in IT and/or financial environment and ability to lead on shore and off shore teams. In addition to this, very good English skills, advanced experience with Microsoft Office package and JIRA are also essential for this position.
