Responsibilities:
- Manage execution of the tasks as defined in the project plan in order to achieve the project goals
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques in order to monitor the progress of the project and all the variables
- Ensure a common understanding by setting expectations in accordance with the Project Plan, in order to align the stakeholders and team members
- Responsible for managing/ recording detailed customer requirements, constraints, and assumptions with stakeholders
- Conduct a kick-off meeting with all key stakeholders in order to announce the start of the project and review the overall project plan and gain consensus
- Implement the approved actions and workarounds required to mitigate project risks in order to minimize their impact on the project
- Able to manage and maintain a project budget
- Improve team performance by building team cohesiveness, leading, mentoring, training, and motivating in order to facilitate cooperation, ensure project efficiency, and boost morale
- Develops and maintains constructive and cooperative working relationships with others
- Efficient communication with team members and stakeholders
- Reports on risks, issues and changes according to Industry standards and Aon specific practices, including developing and maintaining basic risk, issue and change logs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience required
- At least 5 years working experience at a similar position
- PMP Certification (o equal) or working toward certification within 12 months
- Proficient skill with Microsoft Office tools
- Highly proficient English (both written and spoken)
- Ability to build mutual trust and establish alliances with other departments; driving partnership
- Ability to work under tight deadlines managing multiple priorities
- Inspiring loyalty and trust, handles oneself ethically following core values and beliefs
