For our Client, who is US corporation providing services in the field of risk management, insurance, consulting and outsourcing in the area of human capital management, we are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager.
Your mission:
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques in order to monitor the progress of the project and all the variables
- Manage execution of the tasks as defined in the project plan in order to achieve the project goals
- Ensure a common understanding by setting expectations in accordance with the Project Plan, in order to align the stakeholders and team members
- Conduct a kick-off meeting with all key stakeholders in order to announce the start of the project and review the overall project plan and gain consensus
- Responsible for managing/ recording detailed customer requirements, constraints, and assumptions with stakeholders
- Implement the approved actions and workarounds required to mitigate project risks in order to minimize their impact on the project
- Reports on risks, issues and changes according to Industry standards and client specific practices, including developing and maintaining basic risk, issue and change logs
- Able to manage and maintain a project budget
- Develops and maintains constructive and cooperative working relationships with others
- Improve team performance by building team cohesiveness, leading, mentoring, training, and motivating in order to facilitate cooperation, ensure project efficiency, and boost morale
- Efficient communication with team members and stakeholders
Requirements:
- 5+ years of project management experience
- PMP Certification (or equal) or working toward certification within 12 months
- Proficient skill with Microsoft Office tools
- Strong communication skills
- Highly proficient English (both written and spoken at least C1 level)
- Ability to work under tight deadlines managing multiple priorities
- Project budgeting/costing knowledge
- Candidate must have the ability to work in the Krakow office
