We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
IT Project Manager (with Business Analyst expirience)
Location: Kraków
Project Manager/Business Analyst is required to manage all aspects of day to day Reg projects including analysis, design, integration, development and testing towards delivering the Solution for the company.
The Team have a number of projects for delivery in 2019, the successful candidate will take responsibility for one large project or a number of smaller projects within the pipeline and should be able to juggle successfully competing priorities.
To manage the day activities and resources with respect to technical design, development, integration, infrastructure and testing of Regulatory projects.
Key Accountabilities:
Manage the entire project life cycle (from initiation to post implementation review) and take responsibility for the delivery of all components of the project released into Production, and for ensuring the live system is able to be supported in line with standards.
Have an up-to-date, end to end project plan and key project deliverables are identified, agreed and change controlled.
Publish the plan and regular progress reports, tracking actual results against milestones, in a timely manner
Manage risks and issues proactively, track, mitigate and escalate; where required.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date project cost management. This includes resources spending, hardware costs, and any external consultancy if required
Ensure all non-managed project resources (Infrastructure, DBA’s, websphere team etc) are fully engaged and deliver to agreed timescales
Management of project financials and reporting to the Programme
Ensuring all releases are properly tested, have SLAs, are signed off by the respective parties and the business, and do not adversely impact live.
Ensure identified documentation is kept up to date, i.e. project, architecture and support. and change management is imposed
Collaborate with the business to help produce clear and unambiguous user acceptance plans
Communicate business requirements to the development and testing team
Assist the business in prioritising the UAT test approach
Scope and change management and the associated impact analysis
Assist development team in prioritising sprint/development activities.
Release management and planning
Status reporting to both internal project teams and wider audiences
Experience working with structured Business Analysis methods and IT Project Environment.
Work closely with Solution architect to split requirements by partner systems/vendor.
Support Testing – test plan review, defects analysis and triage.
Manage the translation of technical functional specifications into development and test plans
Requirements:
3+ years Project Management and 2+ years of Business analysis experience.
3 + years Agile project management particularly when used in a globally diverse situation
Project Management experience within financial industry for Regulatory initiatives
Management of onshore and off shore team.
Experience with JIRA
Microsoft Office including Powerpoint
Clarity, Open Workbench
Ability to work in a customer facing environment in order to evaluate complex requirements to design the most appropriate solution whilst working with business representatives, business analysts and developers.
Good analysis and design skills
Clear, effective verbal and written communication.
Team player able to work both cross team and cross border
Proactive, self-starting approach to work. Ability to 'think outside the box'.
Demonstrable evidence of working in a challenging environment
Capable of working in both a team situation as well as capable of being self-sufficient
Maintain existing design documentation and create new documents, where required to company Standards.
Ability to manage and maintain relationships with the Business Teams and to influence and negotiate with our partners
Experience of Regulatory Project Delivery.
