Our international client - one of the fastest growing entertainment service companies in the world - is looking for an IT PROJECT MANAGER - Applications to join their team in Warsaw.


Responsibilities
Manage existing projects and initiatives from initial scope definition through implementation, including the conceptualization, design, and build out. Create project plans, scoping documents and client correspondence.
Partner with internal and external technical resources
Coordinate planning efforts with the key stakeholders and subject matter experts for project cost/time estimates and resource allocations.
Review specifications to support the application, design, coding and testing of systems.
Maintain awareness of changing technology, and recommend changes for integration into current development of applications and systems.
Analyze changes and enhancements to system application software to determine impact on existing production systems, systems designs, programming standards and operating procedures.
Maintain security and change control procedures for promotion of application changes or enhancements to production systems.
Provide documentation to support product development and product operations processes

General Requirements
•5+ years project management-related experience
•Must have experience with large, multi-project implementations working singly or as part of a team.
•5+ years of combined experience in application development, project management
•Track record managing budgets and timelines while working effectively with users and stakeholders.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
•Prefer experience in multi-function post-production environment
•Certified Prince 2 / PMP or equivalent
•Fluent ENGLISH

Technical Requirements
Must have at least two years experience managing minimum 2 of the following areas:
•Open source LAMP based solutions preferred
•MS Dynamics Navision & Great Planes preferred
•4D
•SQL
•Perl or other scripting languages
•Ajax
•Flex & Silverlight
•Microsoft Project & Visio
•Web Application development
