Description

Currently, we are looking for IT Program Manager who will carry out a project for our Client - one of the largest banking and financial services organizations in the world, providing a comprehensive range of financial services to around 60 million customers.

Main tasks

  • Leading and managing large programmes often comprising of global projects for IT, either as the overall Programme Manager or managing IT deliveries for another HOST function lead programme
  • Leading a programme team often comprising IT Project Managers to achieve the defined business goal
  • Being responsible for all aspects of the programme, including scope, design, development, testing and implementation
  • Leading effective communications with a wide range of programme stakeholders and partners, ranging from engineers, to senior executives and external third parties
  • Working closely with various stakeholders located in different places in the world
  • Driving sustainable growth. Engages across bank to drive, deliver and support sustainable growth in revenue and market share in line with bank’s strategy
  • Achieving excellence. Drives business results and collaboration, persevering under pressure
  • Change & Implementation Management. Architects complex, large-scale change solutions, specifying all elements of the change journey and audience impacts. Optimises the use of global solutions in delivering business requirements to consolidate and support the deployment of the global business model
  • Ensures the analysis and interpretation of comprehensive information in order to provide commercially viable and sustainable solutions

Requirements

  • Program management experience
  • Examples of the successful delivery of the projects and programmes on time and on budget
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Experience in working with remote teams
  • Capable to work on daily basis in English
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently, under pressure and proactively in a fast paced environment with multiple deadlines
  • Positive, proactive and can-do attitude
  • Knowledge of SDLC/Agile methodology will be taken as advantage
