IT PMO Consultant is supposed to support PMO (Portfolio Management Office) which cooperates with around 160 people working in the 4 Nordic countries. As IT PMO Consultant will support directly 9 Line Managers
reporting to Senior PM.
Perfect Candidate must be analytic and able to work independently, be proactive in sorting out work-tasks and follow up.
Holding this position will be responsible for:
- Program Managment & Financial Management Area
- Access DB – update and analyse the DPP access DB and compare with extracts for Clarity
- Program Control Area - program risk and issue management, development and execution of the QA plan for the program
- Maintain of company information SharePoint site and demand-supply Confluence site
- Experience in project management / project management office
- Knowledge of MS Excel advanced and Clarity PPM tool
- Knowledge for program expenditure tracking, reporting actuals and updating financial forecast
- Knowledge of SharePoint
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Good knowledge of IT infrastructure and terminology
- Analytical approach and excellent communication skills
