For our Client we are currently looking for qualified Candidates for the position of:

IT Operation Specialist

Location: Poznan
Job type: contract B2B
Rate: 240-400 pln net+vat/md

Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line remote support, incident and problem management for Global Video Conferences
  • Support, maintain and monitor SRP’s Voice, Conferencing & Collaboration environment
  • Work with stakeholders and Information Technology peers to design, deliver and support Voice, Conferencing & Collaboration services and products

Requirements:
  • Experience as a support for high-profile multi point video meetings
  • Knowledge of meeting management tools from Cisco, Polycom, Bluejeans, and other video technologies
  • Systems administration in large-scale voice environments
  • Knowledge of: Active Directory, Group Policy, NTFS permissions, DNS, Load Balancing,Skype for Business Enterprise Voice, Polycom Video Conferencing, or other tools
  • Live switching/routing of audio, video or content for a produced event
  • English B2
