Our Client is international company from services sector with branches in few cities in Poland and several location globally. This is new role in Poland.
Twoje następne stanowisko
On this position you will be responsible for support roles (1st and application support) located in 6 countries. Your duties covers regular meetings with team (daily/weekly), managing operational tasks, organising, coaching and reviewing the work of team members, allocation of administrative support, monitoring workload, HR tasks (holiday`s approval, sick leave follow-up). On this role you will also cooperates with 3rd party companies that needed actively work towards continuous improvement of externally delivered services balancing regional business needs, company`s strategy and IT strategies, policies and procedures. As a part of bigger team you will be responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships with all regional business stakeholders, representing IT towards the regional business heads and actively share IT performance, taking in feedback and seeking opportunities to maximise user satisfaction and service levels. Act as regional point of escalation for all IT issues/questions of the Regional Management team (members) is also next task. You will also play an active role in the development and execution of Group IT projects.
Czego potrzebujesz, aby osiągnąć sukces?
We are looking for Candidates with maturity and openes for a change with greate soft skills and previous experience on managing a team (at least 2 years) with fluency in English and Polish, openness for business travels. Standing out of the box mindset is strong requirement as well. Broad understanding of IT systems / services wit ITIL Certification, high level of Security and Compliance awareness\knowledge, budget management, leadership skills and ability to influence senior management and 3rd parties management experience.
