 Main Tasks:

Ensuring the errorless and frictionless efficiency of the local technical infrastructure

Selection of hard- and software guidelines

Implementation, installation and support of the hard- and software

Ensuring data-backup and data saving referring to all applied systems

Documentation of all relevant issues in the field of responsibility according to existing guidelines

Ensuring the meeting of all quality targets according to existing Quality Management systems

Planning and organizing necessary user training concerning the utilized software programmes

Customer contact in order to ensure the electronic data transfer

Coordination of the IT-related capacity- and cost-reporting

Management of IT projects

 

Required Qualification:

Information Technology Degree (University / Polytechnic) or comparable education

Several years of IT management in the automotive industry

Intensive knowledge in analyzing, designing, organizing and optimizing IT-processes

Experiences with ERP and / or MRP-systems

Experience in implementation and operation of MFG Pro

Experiences with JIT / JIS systems

Good qualifications in network-administration

Good qualifications in Lotus Notes system-administration

Good qualifications in Windows NT / Windows 2000 server-administration

MS Office, E-Mail (Lotus Notes) and Internet experience

Fluent English, ideally also German

Very good project management, leadership and presentation skills
