IT License Manager

Client Details
We are hiring for an international company with their CoE located in city center of Poznan. For their developing structures we are looking for experienced candidate for the role of IT License Manager.
Description
- Build up, run and continuously improve a global license management / software asset management
- Assure overall IT license compliance, incl. guidelines and policies, audit responsibility and risk management
- Perform strategic license management (market monitoring in terms of license conditions and alternative software solutions)
- Analyze license demands for new projects and ensure license provision
- Monitor license consumption and usage to ensure the effective utilization of existing licenses
- Support and consult global IT Management in terms of licensing; provide reports
- Support purchasing organization in terms of license negotiations
Profile
- Degree in business administration/ information technology / computer science or an international equivalent
- At least 2 years of IT experience with a strong commercial and license management background
- Experienced in licence management processes and systems
- Sound knowledge of licensing of major software vendors
- Precise, careful and well-structured way of working, good documentation of work
- Language requirements English (fluent)
