IT Integration ManagerMiejsce pracy: Warszawa
Key responsibilities:
- Manage local technical team ensuring compliance with management process and practice
- Undertake resource management activities including prioritisation of team and liaise with relevant domains where appropriate
- Motivate and mentor individuals and undertake performance management process, including identifying training needs and managing career planning
- Act as Single Point of Accountability for Poland regarding UK services and support
- Proactively develop positive relationships (at all levels) within UK and Poland in respect of service provided by UK
- Act as positive UK ambassador by promoting face to face customer relationships and influencing IT Service Provision perception within Poland
- Challenge current processes and service delivery, seeking opportunities for service improvement/efficiencies and, working with colleagues across UK, drive through change
- Chair Service Review Meetings and present UK reports, covering MI, service information and project activity
- Produce and review of SLAs and OLAs
- Act as point of service escalations and issues for Poland customers
- Production of weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual IT Service Delivery Reports and Performance Dashboards.
- Provide high quality infrastructure support to the UK Team and where necessary execute technical support and/or change
- Sound knowledge of the Polish Financial Services sector
- Good Awareness of project lifecycles, systems development lifecycles, or similar service methodologies
- Knowledge of IT infrastructures and architectures and broad knowledge of a particular various aspects: standard desktops, e-business, networks, mid-range, mainframe, or supplier contracts
- Ability to analyse relevant facts and data and present logical solutions
- Good organisational skills. Able to effectively delegate and prioritise activities within the team.
- Strong stakeholder management skills. Able to effectively listen, communicate, challenge and influence team members, peer group, suppliers, and senior management.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to present to management
- Sound or developing leadership and people management skills. Able to motivate, inspire and energise team by gaining respect and trust. Actively shares experience and ideas.
- Ability to maintain composure in pressurised situations.

Good knowledge of technical infrastructure design with the capability to provide support and direction on a number of technical platforms including :-
- Desktop / VDI / Citrix XEN Desktop
- Database Technologies
- Windows and Linux Operating Environments
- Web Application Server environments
- Networks LAN and WAN
