For our Client, new IT Company located in the heart of Kraków, we are looking for a Candidate who would like to take a position of IT Helpdesk Lead.
You will definitely have a chance to lead goal-oriented and engaged members of an IT helpdesk team.
Your daily tasks will include developing processes to increase customer’s satisfaction, supporting customers’ technical questions, identifying bugs in special cloud-based application or writing user guides and technical documentation.
We are looking for a person with fluency in English (level – C1 min.), experienced in customer support area. Konwledge of javascript and HTML and SEO environment.
The successful candidate should be also self-motivated, results-oriented, well-organised and also be proactive and supportive.
