IT Help Desk Specialist
Our client , an international production company is looking to recruit IT help desk Specialist
Scope of duties:
Provide L1 support/ Help Desk support in European countries:
- Answering end user support calls on the phone
- Implementation and supervision of clients
- Servers monitoring
- Procurement and installation of hardware and software
- Implementation and control of user accounts
- Basic management of AD domain
- Implementation, administration and supervising of infrastructure of the location
- Installation and maintenance of printers
- Coaching of IT trainees
- Providing IT trainings to end users (infrequently)
- Testing and implementation of new technologies
- Maintaining of IT Asset system
- Working with IT ticketing system
Requirements:
- A concluded school education in the IT administrator with main focus System integration
- LAN-server administration
- Experience in Microsoft AD environment
- Familiar wth serwer hardware
- Windows 7 administration and support
- Basic understanding of virtual environment
- Understanding user profiles and GPO
- Experience in Xenapp/Citrix environment - nice to have
- Internet and intranet working
- High flexibility, assertiveness and well structured in day-to-day work
- Independent and innovative personality with high commitment to service and work
- High social competence
- Good skills in written and spoken English
- Open to changes and innovations
- Good teamworking skills
