Guardian in Katowice now has an immediate opening for an IT Deskside Support Engineer
Main responsibilities:
• Maintain and support a 100 users environment
• Installation and configuration of Hardware, and software.
• Responsible for the support level 1st and 2nd
• Produce the appropriate technical solution and documentation
• Ensure the integrity of security components like Anti-virus, webfiltering
• To participate in the design, maintenance and development of infrastructure
• Deployment of Active Directory strategies, policies
• Keep inventories up to date (Hardware/Software)
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• Service/user oriented
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability
• ITIL knowledge is an asset
• Languages(s): Fluent in English any other language is an asset
• High motivation and result oriented work ethic
• Integrity, Honesty, Attitude, Respectful Team Player
