On behalf of our Client, transport group who has the world’s largest ocean shipping fleet, to its office located in GdaÅ„sk, we are looking for candidates interested in IT Coordinator position.
Your new role
As an IT Coordinator you will be responsible for installation, configuration and troubleshooting desktop computers, laptops, phone systems, photocopiers, scanners and other office equipment. Moreover, you will support all locally installed software and provide back up for any network related tasks. You will also provide remote IT support for remote offices and take responsibility for user account setup and administration. Providing users with appropriate support and advice, liaise with suppliers and order goods required by the IT department and maintain hardware and software asset lists will be also your daily responsibilities.
What you'll need to succeed
To be a perfect Candidate for this role you need to have good understanding of Windows 7, MS Office, MS Outlook support and previous experience in Helpdesk role. We are looking for a person who has knowledge about Active Directory administration and understands ITIL support requests. To addition to this, very good English (min. B2).
