Currently the company creates the IT Centre of Excellence in Warsaw and is looking for:
IT Compliance SOx and PII Associate Manager
CORE RELATIONSHIPS
- Maintain strong working relationships with individuals and teams involved in managing IT controls across the organisation.
- This role will require an extensive network of stakeholders from across the IT functions which may be at a Global, Regional or End Market levels.
- This role also requires particularly strong links with the LEX, IT Services, Architecture, Group Security, Project Management Office, Business Controls Team, Internal and External Audit
- 3rd Party Vendors – non-commercial supplier relationships focussed on operational / project activities
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE
- A basic working knowledge of methods and best practice in IT compliance, Risk Management and IT Security.
- Understanding of industry standards and frameworks such as ISO, ITIL, COBIT, SOx, GDPR and PCI.
- Ability to put business challenges against proposals, and to assess their long-term business value.
- Experience with reporting tools (advanced Excel), with strong attention to detail.
- Experience of working in a complex geographical/functional matrix organization preferred.
- Experience assessing SOx and/or GDPR controls preferred.
