On behalf of our Client, global organization located in Krakow, we are currently looking for Candidates interested in IT Business Solutions Analyst position.
Your new role
Holding this position you will be responsible for analyzing and defining business needs as well as translating them into IT requirements. You will work throughout the project lifecycle where you will have an opportunity to influence the way the solution is implemented. Moreover, you will analyze and define appropriate IT solutions, work closely with Product Owners and Architects as well as forming relationships with stakeholders both from business and IT. Important part of your duties will include negotiations, influencing the scope of projects, assessing proposed changes as well as documenting solutions proposals and reporting progress of reducing complexity of the IT enterprise.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful Candidate you must have 3-5 years of relevant experience as IT Business Analyst or System Analyst in corporate environment. Also, you must have strong analytical and interpersonal skills and experience of cooperation in geographically distributed teams. Having knowledge and experience of standard or agile development methodologies would be your strong advantage. Due to international environment, you must have fluent knowledge of English language.
