We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
IT Business Manager
Location: Kraków
The Digital Service Manager role is a hands on role involving all aspects of service delivery, 24/7 operations, effective monitoring, change and release management, logging and alerting in a DevOps environment. As well as working with global support teams helping coordinate, triage, diagnose, recovery and avoidance of outages within the DevOps enabled cross-functional teams. The Digital Service Manager will also support cross functional teams with the transition of services into live environments
Key Accountabilities:
Assisting with the execution of business initiatives and activities in support of business area aims. Change implementation projects are out of scope.
Participate and support in business planning activities which may include financial, technological and resource planning.
Contribute to senior management decision making by use of management information, performance information, analytics, forums and stakeholder feedback.
Support in forums and committees to represent view of business area.
Support the development and monitoring of internal governance activities.
Investigating and seeking remedies for discrete issues which may be adversely affecting business unit performance.
Evaluate and analyse management information relating to external service providers of their provision, monitor their performance and ensure service level agreements are honoured
Manage and maintain the costs budget and cost recovery and appropriate monitoring processes ensuring appropriate metrics and reporting tools are established to ensure alignment with the financial objectives
Provide timely and accurate management information to the respective stakeholders.
Collaborate with other GLT Poland Management Services Roles and Business Teams to ensure consistency of the provided services
Requirements:
Excellent understanding of the cost and planning cycle
Knowledge of banking processes and their functions.
Experience with IT and GSC systems: HIBS, GPDM, Clarity, GMIS2G, etc.
Proven cost planning and management skills
Effective communication skills
Excellent analytical, decision making and problem solving ability
Expert, practical Excel knowledge
Navigating – understanding and translating HTK strategy into own team and aligning directions accordingly
Aspiring – being ambitious about providing the highest standards of delivery and embedding them in the team
Driving – setting stretching goals for self and team and delivering them with courage and tenacity
