Job Description
We are part of the international ALTEN Group, which brings together over 28,000 outstanding IT and Engineering specialists around the world. We currently are looking for an IT Business Analyst who will join our team to deliver the most innovative technology projects.
Main tasks
- You will working closely with stakeholders from Retail Banking and Wealth Management and other Global Functions as part of transformation and regulatory projects,
- You will using a range of analysis techniques and methodologies, be responsible for collecting, understanding and documenting business requirements and translating these into functional and system design specifications,
- You will work as an integral part of global cross functional project teams, contributing analysis skills through all phases of the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Business / Solution Analyst, gathering requirements and defining IT solutions within projects,
- Minimum 2 years of experience of financial services (preferably within Wealth Management),
- Experience in working within cross functional teams (business, operations, compliance, IT, change),
- Strong experience of MS Office typically,
- Strong experience with writing Use Cases, User Stories and Acceptance Test scenarios OR Strong usability requirements analysis, UEMs, Screen Mockups, Wire Frames and Prototypes,
- Excellent/very good English.
Nice to have:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a minor or major in computer science, financial services / economics or numerical science,
- Experience of Rational products which include RTC, Rational Software Modeler/Architect will be taken as an advantage,
- Knowledge of SDLC/Agile methodology is advantageous.
