This is a great offer for an experienced IT Business Analyst to work for one of the world’s largest financial institutions.
The role is providing IT Business Analysis functions for Global Credit Risk systems, consisting of a number of high-profile global applications, with a user base running to several thousands. Specialist will have the opportunity to cowork directly with Business Users and Developers during the whole software lifecycle. It includes working on key Global Credit Risk projects within the Europe region. We are looking for a specialist with solid knowledge in business analysis gained especially in core banking and financial solutions and systems.

Responsibilities:
- Gathering and reviewing business requirements
- Analyzing impact of change to the existing processes and system flows and documentation
- Coordinating with CRO IT partners on the readiness for SIT / UAT / Regression
- Tracking and facilitating issues resolutions during SIT / UAT / Regression
- Supporting Business Users and Developers during the whole software lifecycle
Requirements:
- At least 4 years professional experience in relevant business analysis and functional specification design within banking
- Understanding business processes, financial products, risk management especially credit risk and market risk
- Strong knowledge of business and IT System architecture
- Experience in system and projects implementation
- Working knowledge of Regulatory Counterparty Credit Risk and Risk Measures is higly desirable
- Broad knowledge about financial formulas, collateral calculation and such simulations as Historical and MonteCarlo
- Analyzing, writing of test cases (UAT, test plan, test cases, traceability matrix)
- Strong knowledge and fluency of SQL
- Knowledge of business modelling tools and UML notations
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
