Your new company
For our Client, production company located in Gliwice, we are currently looking for ERP Business Analyst.
Your new role
Holding the position, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of new Group Business Application and Manufacturing Execution System. You will be a part of a team dedicated to improve integration with and between internal departments and external parties. You will simplify processes according to market standards and ERP package standards – and with attention to local legal, financial or local customer specifics. You will ensure that the business process owner, the vendor consultants and the subject matter experts work on the right scope and priorities. Moreover, you will create the documents, reports, roles, master data requirements and interface requirements for the stream(s). You will be also responsible for confirmation of user acceptance tests, in agreement with the test manager. After the go live, you will support the new business application by capturing business demand and explaining the possible alternatives.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful candidate, you need to hold university degree and be experienced in ERP systems (at least 3 years). You need to hold experience in supporting implementation processes of ERP related systems and cooperation with external vendors. You should have some experience with planning, purchasing, supply chain and/or finance processes. Also, good communication skills including listening, speaking, writing and problem solving skills would be very useful. Due to work in international environment, you need to hold fluent English language skills. Additionally, you should be open to participate in business trips to Belgium and Germany to discuss implementation progress with other Business Analysts (up to 30%).
