What will you make with IBM?
We are creating a new team for support our french customer. At the begging you will be responsible to gain knowledge from client located in Paris and transfer it to the new team located in Katowice. You will go for knowledge transfer to France together with most IT experienced person as your support. Later on as part of newly created team you will be the single point of contact at customer for IT Infrastructure operational activities. You will act as a 1st level support agent, observe the monitoring systems and react on any issues that are marked as critical based on provided instructions to solve the issue. It will give you huge opportunity to learn various of IT technologies be experience! The 1st level specialist also cooperates with 2nd level support team to ensure fast recovery of systems. At IBM you will gain knowledge and experience like nowhere else. You can look forward to the support you need to develop and shape your career.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
- B2 level of French
- Communicative level of English
- Knowledge or basic experience in IT (Windows, Unix, Linux, Databases etc.) as optional - we will teach you from scratch.
- interested in gaining experience in multinational organization
- Self-motivated and be able to work independently
