We are looking for:
IT Analyst
Location: GdynialTIL Agile Remedy/Confluence
As an IT Analyst you will take a part in building up the maintenance unit for reporting application. It will be an opportunity to work with ITIL framework in practice. You will be also a part of a team in Denmark and Poland. You’ll be a key person in interaction between all stakeholders: maintenance organization, business, operations, developers, testers and change organization .
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analysing tasks e.g. maintenance requirements to the solution
- Acting as a change management for maintenance tasks
- Coordinating and communicating with stakeholders
- Managing incidents, problems and changing processes if it’s needed
- Changes verification and reporting
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to communicate in English both verbally and writing
- Good analytical skills
- Experience with tools like Remedy/Confluence
- ITIL Foundation certificate will be a strong advantage
- Min. Bachelor degree in Mathematics/Economy/Finance/IT
- Good knowledge about MS Office Package
