You will represent the team to Global Department Management, makes decisions in the absence of consensus, resolves conflicts between team members and coordinates team efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- monitors compliance with investment restrictions according to: Company Internal Policies, regulatory requirements, fund documentation, client account
- implements, maintains and continuously improves controls to prevent and detect non-compliance
- guidance the efforts of Portfolio / Trading to comply with requirements and controls
- provides support and direction to compliance analysts all over the world for the purpose of continuous improvement and efficient controls
- Supervisors backup: provides assistance by reviewing the results of the compliance analysts
Qualification:
- min. 3 years of experience in compliance analyses
- fluent English (at least C1)
- knowledge of Charles River Compliance system
- advanced: analytical, negotiation and communication skills
- focused on solving problems
