On behalf of our Client, a multinational company providing innovative cashless payments solutions, we are currently looking for candidates to fill the position of International Workforce Management Expert
On this position you will be responsible for managing and supporting the outsourcing of workforce through capacity planning and capacity overflow, skills mapping, deploying Offshore standards and related tools (such as the Offshore Demand Supply management, Captive business Analysis), providing monthly reporting of offshore initiatives. In addition, the successful candidate ensures proper management of offshore requests, supports the supplier selection process and acts as the Single point of Contact and a mediator in case of escalations.
We are seeking candidates with minimum 4 years of experience in workforce management or offshoring activities. Knowledge of workforce management processes and tools is required as well as fluency in English. Moreover, we are looking for candidates with well-developed interpersonal and project management skills.
