You will primarily be responsible for the day to day leadership, growth, development, retention and performance of a team of recruitment specialists. As Senior Recruiter, you will be working closely with our internal offices in Norway. You will be responsible for reporting, marketing activieties to define strategy in the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Construction recruitment
- Provide accurate weekly and monthly business forecasts
- Manage business pipeline to meet monthly, quarterly & annual budgetary requirements
- Define team strategies
Level of experience
- Experience from construction recruitment area
- Significant experience either as a Recruitment Consultant, Senior Recruiter
- Excellent management skills
- Fluent English (min. C1 level)
